Roofs and gutters are our bread and butter.  Our go-to method for roof cleaning is a process called a soft wash.  We use a solution consisting of water, sodium hypochlorite, and surfactant that is sprayed through an electrical rig.  We make this process eco-friendly by using safe and precise measurements when mixing the solution.  Also, we cover any exposed plants with tarps while making sure to water the plants before, during, and after the cleaning.  For extra precaution, we ensure that the remaining solution that spills out of the downspouts of the gutters is collected safely.  We will not allow the solution to seep into your lawn or the soil.

There are a few reasons that we choose this method on the roofs instead of traditional pressure cleaning.  Not only is it more efficient, but it dramatically decreases the chances of tiles being broken due to heavy pressure.  It also preserves the cleanliness of your roof for a longer period than a traditional pressure cleaning would.  The video below captures some good examples of how we can completely transform your roof, making it look as good as it did the day it was installed.
